Hackensack, New Jersey - April 9, 2024 - Hackensack Middle School proudly announces the soft opening of its extensively renovated Cafeteria, which has been transformed into a modern Dining Hall. The unveiling ceremony featured remarks from Principal Dr. Joy Whiting, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Thomas McBryde, Board of Education President James Scott-Vickery, and 8th-grade student Michael Matthias.
8th-grade student Michael Matthias, representing the student body, shared his excitement for the revamped space, highlighting its potential to enhance student experiences and foster a sense of belonging.
The ceremony concluded with a symbolic ribbon-cutting, officially inaugurating the Dining Hall and marking the beginning of a new chapter for Hackensack Middle School.
