How do I register my child?
On Tuesday, March 29, 2022 callbeginning at 9:00 am for your initial registration appointment.
When you call, you will give contact information as well the name and birthdate of your child.
This phone call will be limited in time, as we need to keep lines open. During this phone call, we will not be able to answer questions.
At the conclusion of the phone call, you will receive a confirmation number and an in-person registration appointment which will allow you to complete the registration process.
When you come to your appointment, you will need to bring:
- Parent/Guardian Personal Identification
- Three Proofs of Residence (Examples include but are not limited to: PSE&G Bill, Cable Bill, Phone Bill, Lease/Rental Agreement, Deed to a home, Current Property Tax Bill)
- Immunization records
- Child's Birth Certificate
Please note: The registration process is not complete until this appointment and the appropriate documentation is provided. Missed appointments or incomplete registration could result in losing a spot in the program. Registration is first come, first served.
