Dear Parents, Students and Staff,

 Welcome to the health office here at Nellie K. Parker School. My name is Quasheema Bolds and I am happy to be the new nurse here at NKP. The goal of the health office is to promote and maintain healthy habits. Good Health is essential in helping students achieve academic success. As a school nurse I will support academic achievement by providing services such as health screenings and assessments, health counseling and referrals, educational resources as well as prevention and intervention activities. I will also promote student health by serving as a liaison between the school and community based programs where contacts are made through outreach and medical programs.
