    Kindergarten-4th grade breakfast is served after the bell in the classroom.

     

    Hackensack Early Childhood Development Center: 9:10AM – 9: 30 AM

    Elementary Schools: 8:30AM – 8:50 AM


    5th- 8th – After the bell in the cafeteria.

    Hackensack Middle School: 7:45 AM – 8:50 AM

     

    9th -12th Grade Breakfast before the bell

    Hackensack High School: 7:45 AM -8:10 AM

    Free & Reduced-Price Meal Applications for the 2025–2026 School Year

    We encourage all families to complete an application for free or reduced-price meals for the 2025–2026 school year. Submitting an application helps determine eligibility and ensures students have access to nutritious meals throughout the year.

    If your household income has changed since submitting your original application, please submit an updated application to reflect recent updates.

    Does Your Student Have an Allergy or Dietary Restriction?

    If your child has a food allergy or dietary restriction, please notify the school by contacting the school nurse. We will review potential accommodations and work closely with you to ensure your child's specific needs are met.


    Summer Meal Programs

    Hackensack Public Schools participates in a summer meal program at the REC Center. If you are in need additional meal assistance during the summer, please visit whyhunger.org to find local meal programs in your area.
