PreK and Kindergarten Registration for the 2023-2024 school year will begin on the following dates:

• PreK: March 29, 2023

• Kindergarten: April 10, 2023
  Registration can be completed online using the link below beginning on or after April 10.

Charter/Technical School Enrollment

If you are a resident of Hackensack and your child is accepted into a charter or technical school, the parent/guardian must then enroll their child in Hackensack Public Schools.  Please follow the registration instructions below to register online or print and complete our enrollment forms and return them to your child's home school. Upon receipt of all enrollment forms, supporting documentation, and the official acceptance letter from the charter or technical school, you will receive an NJ A-41 Transfer Card to submit to your respective charter or technical school.
