Welcome from the Principal
On behalf of our exceptional faculty and students, I welcome you to Hackensack High School and thank you for visiting our website. I would like to formally welcome the Class of 2023. The faculty of Hackensack High School is committed to make your four years at HHS successful and enjoyable. Our mission is to instill Comet Pride into each and every one of our new students.
Our school is about building a rigorous and relevant academic curriculum with teaching for comprehension as its foundation, which will prepare Hackensack High School students for the 21st Century. My goal as principal of Hackensack High School is to establish a common goal among all of the school’s stakeholders, including but not limited to students, parents, teachers, custodians, secretaries, security, and support staff. Our main priority is to continue to improve student academic achievement.
In 2010, 2011, 2013, and 2017, Hackensack High School was selected as one the top high schools in the United States as determined by Newsweek Magazine. We are all very proud of this accomplishment.
As Principal, I am proud to work with outstanding teachers and staff who work hard at delivering the best possible instruction to HHS students each day. My door is always open and I encourage you to stop in anytime!
