Each Month students will be asked to read a book on their lexile level each night for 20-30 minutes as per the Language Arts curriculum. The first day of each month a reading log worksheet will be given and typically a week before the log is due (last school day of the month); a reading response worksheet will be disseminated. The first Friday of each month, our class will go to the Media center to select a book.
Attached are the monthly reading log and reading response worksheet. Both forms are due for a Homework grade the last school day of the month.
