Welcome to the 2015-2016 HMS Yearbook Club webpage. Please complete an order form to reserve your copy of the HMS 2015-2016 Yearbook featuring 56 pages of your child's colorful and beautifully photographed school memories.
Parents, the time to order is NOW! A signing party is scheduled in June for students to receive, sign, and enjoy their yearbook! DO NOT allow your child to miss out on such a memorable and important school experience. Please complete the Yearbook Form that is linked to this web page.
This year we are also offering Yearbook Advertisement space for any family member, friend, or local business that would like to write words of encouragement, support, and good wishes to a graduating 8th grader, as well as any business that would like to advertisement their local services. All ad space is $3.00 each. Please complete the Yearbook Ad Form that is linked to this web page.
Remember:
The 1st Yearbook Deposit is due by November 2nd for $15
The 2nd Yearbook Deposit is due by December 14th for $20
Note: Payments made after Dec 14th MUST include a $5 late fee to fulfil the order!!! Please write checks payable to: Hackensack Middle School (Student’s name on memo line)
