If you have lost your notebook, missed some classes, or just want to make sure you've done things correctly, you can use this page to get what you need for setting up your notebook.

Page Numbering
Number the front and back of each of the first 25 sheets in your notebook along the lower outside corner of each page from 1 to 50. Then, starting on the very last page of your notebook, number the front and back of each of the last 10 sheets in your notebook along the lower outside corner of each page backwards from 200 to 180. Finally, find the sewn in seam at the exact center of your notebook and number the left side page 100 and the right side page 101.Table of Contents
Write "Table of Contents" in the center of the top line of pages 4-5 of your notebook."Belt and Suspenders" (For Inside Front and Back Cover Only)
When placing a cover-up page onto the inside front or back cover of your notebook, put a little bit of glue around the edges of the page, align it, then put small pieces of clear tape along each side to hold it in place.
